Service Packages
Three engagement levels, each built around a specific scope of acoustic work. No hidden extras — you pick the package that matches your facility's noise profile.
Diagnostic package for facilities with unclear noise sources.
For heavy motors and machinery with measurable vibration transfer.
Acoustic treatment for ducts and airflow pathways.
Each package can be combined with another for comprehensive facility-wide treatment.
This section clarifies how we define acoustic performance, what our audits cover, and the conditions under which our recommendations apply. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
Our audits measure airborne and structure-borne noise across machinery rooms and manufacturing floors. We map acoustic hotspots using triaxial accelerometers and precision microphones. The final report includes frequency spectra, peak amplitude locations, and prioritized recommendations. Audits do not include modifications to existing equipment or structural changes unless separately contracted.
All dampeners we install are high-density elastomeric pads rated for continuous industrial duty. Load ratings are calculated based on static and dynamic loads of the specific motor or machine. Material selection considers durometer hardness, temperature range, and chemical resistance. Performance guarantees apply only when installation follows our documented torque and surface preparation procedures.
Soundproofing ventilation pathways involves acoustic liners, silencer boxes, or baffle systems. We guarantee noise reduction targets only when airflow requirements are within the parameters specified in the initial assessment. Pressure drop constraints may limit achievable attenuation. Any changes to HVAC system design after installation void the original acoustic performance warranty.
All measurements follow established industrial acoustic standards. Reports include raw data, analysis methodology, and environmental conditions during testing. Baseline measurements are taken before any intervention. Post-installation verification is performed under the same operating conditions as the baseline. Discrepancies due to changes in machinery load or facility layout are documented separately.
Capabilities
Our services target the physical sources of noise and resonance in heavy machinery rooms and manufacturing floors. We measure, isolate, and dampen — so your facility runs quieter and your equipment lasts longer.
We map acoustic hotspots across your facility using vibration sensors and frequency analysis. The result is a clear picture of where sharp noise spikes originate and what equipment is causing them.
High-density elastomeric pads are fitted beneath industrial motors and pumps to break the mechanical path between vibrating equipment and the building structure. We select materials based on load rating and durometer hardness.
Acoustic duct liners, silencer boxes, and baffle arrangements reduce noise propagation through HVAC systems without sacrificing airflow. We measure pressure drop to ensure performance is maintained.
When building structures transmit vibration between floors or adjacent rooms, we install isolation mounts and floating floor systems to decouple the source from the structure.
We address the sharp frequency peaks that make industrial noise particularly disruptive. By targeting specific resonance frequencies, we smooth out the acoustic profile of your machinery room.
After any dampening or isolation work, we return to measure the results. You get before-and-after decibel readings and frequency data that confirm the effectiveness of the intervention.
